“Brocchi The Rock!” Anime Releases The First Trailer

The official website for the “Bocchi the Rock!” anime, adaptation of Aki Hamaji’s 4-panel manga revealed the first trailer.

The main cast includes:

The series will premiere on Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV channels on October 8.

The story follows Hitori “Bocchi-chan” (“Lonely”) Goto, a lonely high school girl who devotes her whole heart to her guitar. All day she does nothing but strumming the guitar by herself at home. However, one day, she comes across Nijika Ijichi, who is looking for a guitarist for her group called “Kessoku Band”.

Hamaji launched the series in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Max magazine in December 2017.
